Ergotamine is niet illegaal; en dat is de stof waar je het nu over hebt; want dat is een basis grondstof voor LSD, nogmaals die zit niet in LSA-zaadjes maar in een schimmel die moederkoren veroorzaakt op graan. Maar dat posten is niet illegaal en ik ben wel nieuwsgierig geworden naar wat dit boek beweerd; of het een misopvatting van woorden is of dat het gewoon een botanische fout is of zelfs pure onzin?

ALs de stof legaal is post het maar dan Ik ben benieuwd Net zoals iedereen hiero.

"Alkaloid Extraction (short method)

Finely grind the seeds (preferably woodrose) and add NaHCO3. Extract with ethyl acetate by soaking about one day. Filter and extract the ethyl acetate with tartaric acid solution. Basify the extract with NaHCO3 and extract it with ethyl acetate. Dry and evaporate in vacuum the ethyl acetate to get the alkaloids. Repeat this procedure on the seeds until no more residue is obtained.

Alternatively, add 100ml petroleum ether to 100 g finely ground seeds and let soak about two days. Filter, discard petroleum ether and let seeds dry. Add 100 ml methanol to the seds and let soak about two days. Filter, repeat extraction with another 100 ml methanol and evaporate in vacuum the combined methanol extracts. The residual yellow oil contains the alkaloids."

dat is de theorie is het haalbaar in de praktijk voor ons ??? klinkt knap ingewikkeld en lijkt me kostbaarder in kleine schaal om LSD te maken dan om het gewoon te kopen.

Want die alkaloids moet je nog is LSD van maken. Voor mij geen optie ik koop acid wle gewoon maar laat het weten als je het gaat proberen ben benieuwd

Ik hou het inderdaad bij eigen gebruik. Al heb ik nog nooit acid gedaan wel LSA. Acid staat op de planning en ligt thuis te wachten op het juiste moment hehe :P

Wou jij het grootschalig gaan doen ?? Noem eens bedragen van de ingredienten. Wees iets specefieker dan krijg je een reeeler beeld van hoe of wat.

Hehe ik wist het zelf niet maar ben even wat gaan zoeken en kwam dit tegen op Wikipedia:

LSD is an ergoline derivative. It is commonly produced from reacting diethylamine with an activated form of lysergic acid. Activating reagents include phosphoryl chloride and peptide coupling reagents. Lysergic acid is made by alkaline hydrolysis of lysergamides like ergotamine, a substance derived from the ergot fungus on rye, or, theoretically, from ergine (lysergic acid amide, LSA), a compound that is found in morning glory (Ipomoea tricolor) and hawaiian baby woodrose (Argyreia nervosa) seeds.

Q: Is there any way to change LSA (from morning glory seeds) to LSD?
A: Yes, it is possible to chemically change pure LSA into LSD regardless of the origin of the LSA. This is one of the methods (although not the primary) used to create LSD on the underground market.

It is hypothesized that the primary method of underground LSD production is through the use of diverted Ergotamine tartrate (used medicinally for migraines) which is then converted into Lysergic Acid.

4) Making LSD.

LSD is not easy to make. If you're seriously interested the
various methods of synthesis can be found in chemistry journals (see
the Merck Index for a list of references). Also, the book _Psychedelic
Chemistry_ (available from Loompanics, Unld. -- see end of FAQ list)
has some rather good, referenced info on how to synthesize LSD.
However, do expect to be in *way* over your head unless you've had
at least a few years of college chemistry.
Please don't post asking for "simple" instructions on how to make
LSD. There aren't. And if you *needed* "simple" instructions to make
LSD, you're probably not a good chemist and shouldn't be attempting
to synthesize it.
Also, the synthesis instructions in The Anarchist Cookbook are
about 90% bullshit. The "synthesis" given is at best a recipe for the
extraction of Lysergic Acid Amides (which is not LSD), and some have
commented that the instructions are still flawed and dangerous. Also,
the reproduction of the patent on how to make LSD has reported to be
flawed -- please don't trust the A.C and order the patent for yourself.
The A.C. in general is something which is best to avoid.
An alternative to synthesizing LSD is using LSA from morning
glory seeds or Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds. See the natural highs
FAQ for more info on this. Also see the book Psychedelic Chemistry
for a simple procedure to extract the LSA from the seeds in order to
eliminate contaminants.

Ik kwam nog meer tegen op 't net. Blijkbaar kan het, maar schijnbaar is het niet de meest efficiente manier om LSD te maken.
